electronica 2022: Talent meets Industry

Innovative strength, quality standards and top personnel form the heart of the electrical industry. To make sure it stays that way, electronica is committed to career planning, promoting young talent and networking. This way, we want to counteract the shortage of skilled workers and secure jobs in our industry in the future.

With its Talent meets Industry initiative, electronica has been bringing students, skilled workers, startups and established companies together since 2016. The aim is to provide orientation, ensure the promotion of talent, connect career starters and professionals with top employers and generate high awareness for innovative start-ups as well as creating synergies and securing the future of the electrical industry.
