Logistics

Traffic Guide

The Traffic Guide takes you quickly and safely to the exhibition grounds. Please read the Traffic Guide carefully and forward it also to your stand constructor, forwarding agent and driver! It contains all access regulations for setup, fair and dismantling.

Our Traffic Guide for the setup and dismantling phase and during the fair itself will be available for download in PDF format here as of the autumn of 2022.

FairLog

In order to increase efficiency and organisation in set-up and dismantling, electronica is relying on an IT-supported system for logistics processing, FairLog.

The activation date of FairLog can be found in the traffic guide.
Please note that FairLog is only available at the times specified in the traffic guide. On all other days a timeslot booking is not necessary/possible.

Delivery of goods

Shipments of goods, letters or other items to be delivered to the exhibitor's stand must contain the following information:

Messe München GmbH does not take delivery of consignments, letters and other mail intended for exhibitors or third parties.

Exhibitors are advised not to deposit shipments or other objects unsecured in the hall or the outdoor exhibition area during setup and dismantling times.

Authorized freight forwarders

Services with regard to the receipt and dispatch of consignments are offered by the authorized freight forwarders at the exhibition center.
