Jochen Weihgold

Jochen Weihgold Chief Technology Officer, Neusoft Technology Solutions GmbH Mr. Jochen Weihgold has been with Neusoft since 2010. In 2014, he took on responsibility for customer projects across Europe as Head of Project Management at Neusoft Technology Solutions GmbH. In 2018, he was appointed Head of Navigation, where he successfully established and grew an international development team, and fostered close collaboration between development centers in China and Germany, driving innovation and creating value through cross-market cooperation. Since 2025, Jochen has been serving as Chief Technology Officer of Neusoft Technology Solutions GmbH. In this role, he is shaping the company’s technology vision and innovation strategy, with a main focus on strengthening international collaboration and bringing next-generation products to market. Jochen has 20 years of experience in software consulting, in-vehicle infotainment, and navigation development. Before joining Neusoft, he held leadership roles successively at X-Tronic, Harman International, and Sinn (now Harman). Jochen holds a degree in Information Technology and Automation (Dipl.-Ing.) from Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik Reutlingen).
