To ensure that this remains the case and that the industry maintains its leading position, the current shortage of skilled workers must be counteracted. This is why we launched the electronica Career Area a few years ago.
The team from SchuhEder Consulting—the HR consulting firm for the electronics industry and official career partner of electronica—will be available here every day and is looking forward to discussing all questions about careers in the electronics industry with electronica visitors and exhibitors.

The electronica Career Area is aimed at everyone who is interested in career opportunities in electronics: from graduates to top management.
Young Talents Day
The electronica Young Talents Day will take place on the last day of the trade fair, Friday, November 15, 2024.
Students and graduates will be offered an attractive and interesting program with guided tours, workshops and career advice.
Young talents can use this day to make first contacts with the exhibitors and have personal conversations at the stands.
Tip: The InnoTruck will be on display at electronica—see it, touch it, try it!
Admission is free for pupils and students on this day!
