Trade press booth
Publishers have the chance to make their publications available free of charge to the electronica trade visitors.
The booth is staffed by a host/hostess.
Deadline of application: November 2, 2026
Costs trade pess booth: EUR 800 plus VAT (price per title)
QR code at the trade press stand: EUR 600 plus VAT (price per title)
Trade press boxes
Publishers can book trade press boxes for a fee. The distribution of their display will take place automatically at the West Entrance and are set up at four different locations on the fair ground.
Deadline of application: November 2, 2026
Costs magazine boxes: EUR 1,500.00 plus VAT (price per title)
Recommended quantity: max. 1,500 copies for each magazine box
Please note
- We cannot take into account any requests for specific locations. The trade press boxes will be continuously stocked throughout the entire duration of the fair.
- electronica can offer only a limited number of trade press boxes, and these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of the trade press boxes, we can only consider a maximum of three titles per publisher.
