Building your own stand

Do you already have a stand concept, and you want to design, plan, build and dismantle your stand on your own? If so, then you only pay the participation fee per square meter of stand space in addition to our mandatory costs.

Net floor space fees for electronica 2024

The following prices are participation fees for stand space only, per square meter of exhibition space. They do not include designing, planning or building your stand or setup and dismantling, which you must take care of on your own. All prices on this page are subject to value-added tax.

Calculating your fair-related costs

AUMA fee
(the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a contribution of € 0.60 net per square meter of rented exhibition space. This contribution is calculated by the organizer and paid directly to AUMA)

(fixed-rate advance payment for services such as electricity, water and telephone connections. The advance payment will be offset against the services actually used after the event)
