In addition to classical keynotes and lectures, innovative discussion formats should bring both sides together—at eye level and in the same language:
- Panel discussions with active involvement of the audience offer the perfect platform for a controversial and result-oriented dialogue.
- Openspace discussions—intensive discussions in small groups—do not follow a “script”; process and result open until the end.
- “Date a Problem” is the motto when physicians and electronics engineers not only find a common problem, but also discuss it extensively on site and find a solution together.
- At “Pro&Con” two people go into a public exchange of blows. Who has the better arguments? This is decided by the audience through a digital voting!
