Vouchers for one-day tickets

Your trade fair presence is only as successful as your invitation marketing. electronica does a lot to ensure that the right visitors come to the trade fair. But you know your customers and target groups best. That's why you can invite them yourself in the most effective way and with the least loss of reach. The sooner, the better.

Efficient and appreciated: vouchers for one-day tickets

You order a certain number of vouchers (online or print). These entitle to visit the fair for one day.

At electronica you benefit from the voucher capping. This can be used to calculate the costs for your invitation campaigns. All main exhibitors and exhibitors at a joint stand pay for no more than three redeemed vouchers per square meter of rented exhibition space. Fees for co-exhibitors are based on the amount of space booked by the main exhibitor.

Sending online vouchers via the ticket system

Sending online vouchers via the ticket system's online campaign tool offers maximum benefits with minimum effort.

Sending online vouchers by e-mail

After having successfully placed your order you will receive an Excel list with voucher numbers and links which you can also download under the section 'Ordered vouchers'. You then can integrate the voucher links into your invitation mails easily.

What do online vouchers for one-day cost?

  • Online voucher for one-day ticket EUR 17.00 (plus VAT)
  • Online voucher for one-day ticket GoGreenEUR 22.00 (plus VAT)

Indeed, you will be invoiced only for those vouchers which have been actually used to visit electronica 2022 and no more than three redeemed vouchers per square meter of rented exhibition space.

Please note that in the case of the online voucher GoGreen the GoGreen contribution worth EUR 5.00 will be charged for all tickets used.
