Valentina Ratner

Valentina Ratner is the Co-Founder and CEO of AllSpice, a collaboration and AI platform helping electrical engineering teams accelerate hardware development. Prior to founding AllSpice in 2020, she led large-scale engineering and operations projects at Amazon, managing multimillion-dollar investments, warehouse launches, and internal software initiatives. Earlier in her career, she conducted research in automation, robotics, and manufacturing methods at Boston University's Engineering Product Innovation Center. Valentina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she received the Dupré Nunnelly Innovation Leader Award, and an M.S. in Engineering from Harvard University focused on Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction. Drawing on her background in engineering, product management, and entrepreneurship, she is focused on bringing modern collaboration, automation, and AI-driven workflows to hardware development.
