Leveraging Infineon's proprietary GIT technology and monolithic die design, the innovative Automotive CoolGaN™ Bi-directional Switch enables high-performance, cost-effective single-stage Onboard Charger concepts, as also showcased in Infineon's single stage demonstration board.
