Powering the Software-Defined Vehicle Era

The automotive industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation—from hardware-centric architectures to software-defined vehicle (SDV) architectures. Controlling automotive modules from centralized software in a high-performance compute cluster via zonal controllers enables car makers to provide differentiated solutions in a common underlying vehicle platform. Further, car users can now more easily customize and enhance their driving experience.

We will examine how advances in power management and automotive Ethernet are converging to unlock scalable SDV architectures. 

Through an application example, we will also highlight how these solutions enable differentiation, new customization options, and reduce development risk, time and cost.
