(P11-9) Tool Chain for Power Management Circuit Design

Designing a switch mode power supply is a difficult task. Very many decisions must be made in the field of power architecture, topology, and component selection and in circuit optimization. Also, simulation of power circuits can offer information about the function of a power design. However, hardware evaluation is always necessary to fully confirm if a power design fulfills the specification of a requirement. For all those tasks there is now a toolchain which helps speed up any power management design and also it allows to find an optimal solution.
