(P12-14) OptiMOS™ 7 Application-optimized low voltage silicon power MOSFETs

Power systems are facing increasing demands for efficiency, power density, thermal performance, and robustness. OptiMOS™ 7 introduces a new generation of low-voltage silicon power MOSFETs optimized for specific application requirements, including high-performance switching, motor-drive systems, and ultra-low RDS(on) designs. In this session, we will explore how application-driven optimization, advanced packaging technologies such as Source-Down and dual-side cooling, and a portfolio spanning 15 V to 60 V enable designers to achieve higher system efficiency and improved power density. Real-world examples from AI servers, datacenter power supplies, and motor-drive applications will demonstrate how OptiMOS™ 7 creates value at the system level.
