Thanos Kallinis

Athanasios “Thanos” Kallinis is Director of Advanced Integration & Innovation at Schweizer Electronic China. He holds a Diploma (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering and brings more than 11 years of technical and leadership experience in the PCB industry. His work focuses on advanced PCB integration, power embedding, board-level power delivery, embedded components, thermal integration, and next-generation architectures for high-performance and AI computing applications. He works across technology development, customer co-development and the transfer of high-reliability integration concepts into emerging data-center platforms.
