Martin Kulterer

Martin Kulterer is responsible for the integrated power stage roadmap and portfolio for Infineon’s CoolGaN™ medium-voltage product line. He also leads the global AI/data-center and telecom segments. Before moving into GaN, Martin held leadership positions in Power MOSFET business management, failure analysis, and front-end manufacturing at Infineon. He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Graz and an MBA from California Lutheran University.
