(E10-7) The Next Engineering Paradigm: Enabling the Future of Physical AI Through Platform Contextual Intelligence

Physical AI is poised to transform embedded systems, but the growing complexity of integrating sensing, actuation, connectivity, software, safety, security, and AI is challenging traditional engineering approaches. No individual engineer can master every discipline required to develop, integrate, validate, and maintain these increasingly complex systems. This session introduces Platform Contextual Intelligence, a new paradigm in which the platform becomes the system of record for engineering knowledge, design intent, standards, and system expertise. Attendees will explore how platform-centric engineering can help scale engineering expertise and establish the trusted foundation required for the next generation of Physical AI systems.
