Rawad Kuwidir

Rawad Kuwidir is Associate Director of Engineering for Product Engineering Services at eInfochips, an Arrow company, where he leads the Swindon Technical Centre's hardware, mechanical, software and manufacturing functions and owns the full delivery cycle for custom power solutions — design through final assembly and end-of-line test. His career spans nearly two decades of programme delivery for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across ECU development, AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion, embedded systems, functional safety and ASPICE-compliant delivery. At the Electronica 2026 Power Electronics Forum he draws on recent customer work to examine where datasheet promise and bench reality diverge — and what real engineering does about it.
