Pietro Scalia

Pietro Scalia leads Power System Applications and Marketing at Renesas Electronics. His global team defines and supports power system solutions for all the market segments, leveraging the entire Power portfolio and addressing new market trends and power architectures. Previously at onsemi (2021-2023) he led the Munich Applications and PLM team for Automotive EV-Traction solutions, to define and develop the SiC and Si power module and bare die portfolios. Prior to that, Pietro spent 11 years at TI, with worldwide Business Development responsibilities for power products with an application focus ranging from Automotive to Telecommunications and Cloud, leveraging his earlier career in Siemens, Ericsson, ST Microelectronics and Academia.
