Marian Kost

Marian Kost is the Vice President and General Manager of Connectivity at Texas Instruments, overseeing worldwide operations developing innovative connectivity solutions for industrial, automotive, and personal electronics markets. With over 19 years of industry experience spanning R&D engineering, field applications, sales, and general management, Marian has built deep expertise across the semiconductor and wireless connectivity landscape. His career reflects a progressive journey from technical engineering roles to strategic business leadership, with a strong foundation in MCU and wireless markets across Europe and beyond. Marian first joined TI as Director of Sales and Applications for Central Europe South, then led a global industrial systems engineering team as Director of Industrial Systems, before ascending to his current VP and GM role. Marian holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences — Stuttgart.
