Marcus Schämann

Marcus Schämann received the Dr.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, in 2008. He is currently a Lead Principal Engineer with Infineon Technologies, leading the European product definition team of the high-voltage GaN product line and defining GaN power semiconductor products. His technical experience includes power-conversion controller ICs, mixed-signal and digital architectures, system engineering, and mobile-communications baseband design.
