Carolina Tejle Hartmann

Carolina has been with the company for 22 years, during which time she has held a diverse range of roles across Finance, Operations and Digital Marketing. In her current position, she is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Payroll. Prior to this, she served as Finance Director for Germany. Throughout her extensive career at TI, Carolina has gained broad experience in Treasury, Finance, Sales Operations, and Relationship Marketing, demonstrating a versatile expertise in driving operational and financial excellence. In addition, she is also Chair of TI’s EMEA Women’s Employee Network.
