Virtual Reality challenge—achieving goals as a team

For the VR challenge, teams of two have to work together in both the virtual and real worlds. Haptic interaction with objects using “motion controllers” works easily and intuitively. For the challenge, one participant must move their hands in virtual reality while their teammate supports them and gives them instructions in the real world. With sensors, which are simply attached to your glasses, you can see and use your real hands in the VR app. Your colleagues can watch everything on an external screen and cheer on the teams. One game lasts for approx. 30 minutes.

Important: You will need to register in advance for this at the venue, at stand C6.507.

Career Event zoom

Career Event

Working as a team, you will solve puzzles and search for clues, while combining, testing and training your intellect, skill and creativity. During the mission, you will discover abilities that you perhaps never even knew you had.

Integration Islands

At electronica Experience, Messe München will provide a separate area for young people in collaboration with the “Technik macht Spaß” (Technology is fun) foundation run by ITQ GmbH. At supervised learning stations known as the “integration islands”, school children and young refugees can playfully discover and experience technology through exciting projects that utilize LEGO Mindstorms, LEGO WeDO and Arduino.
