Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors
Each of the exhibitor's stand employees needs a personalized online Print@home-Ticket for exhibitors to gain access to the trade-fair center. The Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors can be ordered through the electronica Exhibitor Shop.
Each main exhibitor is entitled to a specific allotment of free Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors. The number of passes depend on the stand size.

The inclusion of co-exhibitors / additionally represented companies does not increase the number of exhibitor passes.
Print@home-Tickets are billed after electronica on the final invoice. Exhibitors are billed only for Print@home-Tickets actually used. The contingent of free tickets is of course first deducted.
Please note: The Print@home-Ticket for exhibitors does NOT entitle the holder to free use of local public transport (MVV—Munich Transport and Tariff Association).
New regulations due to Germany’s new General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO, GDPR)
Our aim is to ensure that electronica proceeds in every respect as pleasantly as possible for you as an exhibitor. At the same time, however, we place great value on optimally protecting the personal data of all our clients and trade fair participants. That is precisely what Messe München’s new ticket portal does: it fulfils the strict requirements of Germany’s new General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO, GDPR), which took effect as of May 25, 2018.
The above-mentioned requirements affect the ordering and personalization of tickets – i.e. exhibitor passes, invitations to clients or customers and the ordering of visitor tickets. This is because the GDPR requires us in each case to obtain the individual’s express consent to store and utilize personal data. Only then can you, your representatives and your guests utilize our services to full advantage, for example:
- Fully personalized tickets including a trade fair badge
- Inclusion by name in the trade fair media
- Attractive mobile services such as the electronica app with its personalized networking function MatchUp! and individually customized recommendations
Offers just such as this are appreciated and used by many participants.
In order to ensure compliance with data-protection requirements, it is essential that all participants personalize their tickets and give the requisite consent in their Messe München accounts. These accounts are always linked with the participant’s e-mail address, which also serves as a login. That is why it is necessary that the personalization and consent process be started via the e-mail address of the future ticket holder – comparable to other online shops where an individual account is already a matter of course and also serves as protection against third-party access and abuse.
Your advantage: starting next year, ordering tickets will be distinctly easier and faster for you, as both your data and the data of your colleagues / clients will already be stored in your Messe München account. By the way, you can also use your account for any of our other trade fairs of Messe München GmbH.
