The successful ISELED architecture for the efficient assembly of light strips with pre-calibrated LEDs has been expanded.With ILaS there now exists a fieldbus extension to the ISELED system. ILaS not only has all the properties of modern fieldbuses with respect to EMI immunity, it also enables new communication architectures that allow fast, synchronous control of many LEDs and segmentation of the light/sensor system. In addition, there are new unique diagnostic capabilities and many functions like wake-up over the serial bus from ""deep sleep"".
